He advises clients on R&D strategy and leads Fortrea’s productivity initiatives. At McKinsey & Co., he pioneered Real World Evidence in Life Sciences and co-led big data applications in healthcare. As VP at Elevance, he managed Carelon's operations and launched CalINDEX, a Health Information Exchange. At IQVIA, he built new business lines in data, R&D services, and genomics. At Clarify Health Solutions, he established a product suite for clinical trials and commercial spaces. Recently, he co-founded and served as CEO of Veda Life Sciences.
Alaric is responsible for developing and implementing Fortrea’s enterprise Data and technology strategy. Prior to Fortrea Alaric has held a number of Senior Leadership roles at Fern.Ai , GSK and IQVIA – Whilst at GSK he lead the digital transformation of the Regulatory, Safety, Quality and Medical organizations seeing the deployment and adoption of advanced technologies (such as intelligent automation, data fabric and Ai/ML)
Teri has held several significant leadership roles, including SVP, Global Head of Clinical Operations and FSP, Head of an Enterprise Customer Unit, Head of Biopharma Project Delivery, Head of North America Clinical Operations, and Head of Global Start Up Project Management. Teri's accomplishments span various therapeutic areas, with a strong focus on delivery and operational excellence. Passionate about developing talent, Teri has established three drug development learning academies and internship programs at Fortrea. Additionally, Teri actively promotes and engages with Employee Resource Groups and serves as a mentor to many, fostering an organization that builds next-level leadership.
Tracey has over 30 years of global pharmaceutical industry experience. Her therapeutic experience spans infectious diseases, PAH, CNS, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and thyroid eye disease. Her work settings have included local NGOs in developing countries, CROs, academic institutions, mid-large pharma and her favorite, small biotech. Tracy’s passion is helping find ways to develop medicines for patients with high unmet medical needs, both domestically and globally, especially in resource poor settings.
