She has strong expertise in the management and oversight of complex global studies across various therapeutic areas and different phases. Ileana supports a culture of project management excellence, ensuring assigned staff perform consistently according to defined operational, financial and quality performance and process standards. Ileana acts as a senior point of contact for clients and serves as a liaison supporting the core team throughout the study duration, as needed, to ensure all study deliverables are achieved.
