She leads the company’s development operations strategy, focusing on customer experience, delivery performance, organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
Tracy brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across the global biopharmaceutical industry, with a career focused on operational excellence, organizational transformation and sustainable business growth.
Her experience spans development operations, strategic partnerships, commercial leadership and global operations. She has led large international organizations and complex customer portfolios across all phases of clinical development.
