Brazil Gender Pay Gap
In compliance with the Law No. 14,611 of July 3, 2023, MTE Ordinance No. 3,714, Decree No. 11,795/2023, as well as Fortrea's commitments to promote inclusion and diversity practices, we disclose the equal pay report of the company Fortrea Brasil Limitada.
It is important to know that the CBO (Brazilian Classification of Occupations) is a system that organizes and classifies1 the existing professions in Brazil and was used as a basis for the preparation of the report.
It has the following purpose:
- Identify and name jobs;
- Describe, in a general and broad way, the activities that each job performs;
- Inform the requirements, academic backgrounds, and necessary experiences most commonly used in the labor market2.
It is used for:
- Search for information about jobs;
- Assist companies to classify positions and functions (e-Social and CAGED);
- Public labor market surveys;
- Public policies for employment and professional qualification.
The data in the reports are anonymized in accordance with the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data - LGPD 13 709/2018. The information was grouped by the Ministry of Labor and Employment according to the Major Groups of the CBO (Brazilian Classification of Occupations). Major Groups: It is a government classification that brings together different types of work (positions/departments).
